It was a real blast from the past when Katie contacted me and asked me to photograph her wedding. Katie, Donald (her groom) and I were at junior school in Francistown, Botswana together many years ago. My family still live there and it holds a very dear place in my heart so the prospect of shooting a farm wedding there was exciting. Katie had been counting down to the day and once it arrived her giggle was infectious. Even though she had a cast on for her day, it certainly didn't appear to hinder her in any way. Even when moving away from a raging bull! Here is their day...
