Rowan & Sarah Jane

Two weeks ago we made the long trek to Maritzburg for Sarah Janes wedding. She and I were born a day apart and have been friends for pretty much our entire lives. It was nice to be at a wedding as a guest, but of course my camera was ready :) The day started out with a glimpse of sunshine, however by late afternoon, the rain clouds had moved in and wind picked up. Both the ceremony and reception were held at The Secret Garden, a lovely natural venue which set the tone for the day. It was particularly special for me to witness Sarah Jane getting hitched as she was Maid of Honour on my wedding day. Here are a few memories of the day...

Ben & Annemie

Two weeks ago I travelled through to Francistown, Botswana to shoot Ben & Annemies wedding. The Saturday started off sweltering hot but as the ceremony came to a close the storm clouds had rolled in and the rain came down. Megan, Dean & Jessie...Part one.

On a very windy and overcast day I met these three excited and raucous kids to take some snaps. It took a little while for them to warm to the camera but once they saw themselves on screen, we were away. Getting the two littlies to stand still for a sec was a challenge and in the end they ran themselves out :) Megan was the perfect little lady! I cant wait to do more with them...
